Vanilla - Scoring

Now we have some kind of high score, we need to decide how to handle the scoring. This should be ruleset specific.

Monsters killed is the obvious one, with a multiplier by level.
A bonus for completing(reaching the stair) a level and obviously a larger bonus for completing the game.
A bonus for completing a level/game without using jump.
A bonus for escaping without killing all the monsters
A bonus for wiping out all the monster on a level.
Will the extra spawned monsters count to final score?
A bonus for the shortest time/steps?

Obviously we need to decide on the calculations for these scores.

These are the current scores hacked in at the moment as a start point:

Kill Monster = level *10
Exit level = level *100
Win game = level *1000

Max score:
Level 1 = 130
Level 2 = 260
Level 3 = 390
Level 4 = 520
Level 5 = 650
Win = 1000
Total = 2,950

Would be cool if we could get this into an excel and start doing some balancing. The scores should also really be loaded from a data file.
